The sharing of these thoughts makes the subordinate feel motivated to perform well and encourages other subordinates to perform well. Delegation means the same thing, except the term is not as attractive as empowerment. Delegations of tasks coming from another member of the staff that deals with the same duties on a daily basis, makes the delivery less stern. Management can get honest feedback and concerns from the subordinate and his/her fellow co-workers.
