The first solution that came to mind for me was a “nameless application” it seems simple but I believe it could be very effective. As I began to dig into this solution I soon found out there are forms of “nameless applications” out there and they are actually being adopted by different firms and corporations. The proper term for this is a “blind” application. If this technique is applied to all papers and or forms where your name is suppose to appear it would hinder employers from being able to discriminate against anyone. The only thing left to the applications would simply be credentials.
