This empowers us to make lasting impressions, come up with innovative ideas, and set the tone for women to follow us for years to come. Not only does Ms. Bass go out of her way to teach women the enriching history of the organization, but she always follows up with an elaborate and detailed explanation as to why it is significant for African Americans from all backgrounds. The ladies that have joined the club over the years have always exalted Ms. Bass for her service to the organization and the surrounding community.
