As a new management team leader, I have to keep organizational learning principle which is described as the range of communication methods designed to engage people in a collective process of problem solving, planning and implantation. The hospital is located in especially complex stakeholder environment that I have to work in team and harmony with the team managers in order to provide a quality care. However, in my new position as a leader of the management team, it is obvious that I will face some challenges because I was one of the team members, but now my former colleagues have to report to me. I will learn to know well the stakeholders and keep an open communication by paying close attention to the barriers that may distort our communication. For example, consult them and other teams prior to fixing project discussion. In fact, the authority trusted my credibility which is bases on competency, expertise, and trustworthiness and we’re supporting the same core value for the hospital, I will work with the teams for common interests. I am aware that organizational communication is a classic problem when a new leader is established. Getting people to adopt a new structure when old habits are deeply ingrained can be challenging. Teams effectiveness is enhances by players commitment to reflection and going evaluation. In fact, having a way to identify and understand causes for changes in the team performances can help maximize its advancement and productivity. The sequence of team development is:
• Forming, this is the stage where team members interact with each other and examine their behaviors. This stage is critical because team establishes a well define direction
• Storming; A conflict stage and also a conflict management and improvement. Team acquires conflict management skills while going through resolutions. For instance, when two team members with examiner strengths discuss common project details, they may encounter conflict
• Norming; during this stage, the team finds common purpose and work for the best interest of the company. The members agree on rules, expectation and decision making. Here Communication is the key factor moving forward
• Performing; once team agreed upon the project, the team will move forward to task distribution and establish work plan. Leaders will continuous with education, improvement, innovation and efficiency. Leaders are welcoming new ideas that can help improve their
