The System of Education since 100 B.C.: When males were only allowed to receive an education and females stayed home.
It is amazing to see the progress throughout the years going from only males receiving an education to both females and males being able to attend school. When receiving an education it should not only be learning, but rather helping students receive the education needed to learn and enjoy. The problem is that nowadays teachers main focus is to make sure that students learn a subject and move on to the next one, but never focus on getting their attention.

A Bachelor 's degree, along with completing teaching programs that may help or be required, not forgetting that you also need the abilities to have good reading skills, speaking and writing skills of course(C70).
Teacher assistants on the other hand have to take programs, get licensed and also may take internships(A14). Teacher Assistants are considered the same as a Teacher only more likely to go around the class to help every student. In many cases teacher assistants better help when students are struggling and are more common in Elementary schools than in any other grade levels normally because younger students need a bit more attention than older students.
The way the system on working with education is great generally because teachers attend school for 10 months, and are given 2 months of vacation(B65). The main point in the teaching career is to prepare lesson plans and have activity set up for class every single day. Many times teacher plan ahead either a week or month depending on how advanced the classroom is or the subject being teached. Some skills that are needed to work in this environment is the ability to stand for many hours and move around the classroom, also having good abilities to speak with students to connect with …show more content…
Weather the item needed is glue sticks, paper, tape or pencils sometimes a teacher can get some items from the office supplies. Along with buying supplies comes making lessons plans to help students understand subjects. Lesson plans are normally created during lunch time, before school or during spare time.
