Reason being, online customers may be calling for inquires and instore customers are also there for the same thing. However, being able to handle several task at the same time will be vital for e-sonic new business model.
• E-sonic Administrative assistants will be faced with a lot of online calls and with such, these workers will have to develop Oral expression. Therefore, being able to communicate effectively to customers so that they can understand this new online website will be a key component.
• As for reading comprehension being an important skill. Indeed, oral comprehension is vital in an Administrative assistant ability. Particularly, because a lot of spoken words and ideas will be directed to them in different fashion; therefore, understanding the information will be key.
