DrainFlow is a large firm that specify on the commercial and residential plumbing maintenance that operates around the United States. It’s a major player in the residential plumbing market, and working with main competitor Lighting Plumber, that has been drawing more and more customers from DrainFlow. The main problems in organization are specialization cuts costs significantly and appeared customer dissatisfaction. Also most frequent complaints of customers were especially response of time and cost, by the reason of sending of wrong worker to a job. After all of these problematic situations, customers decline further contact with DrainFlow and many of them decided to go with Lighting Plumber.

Generalizing these concepts if there are high levels of both job involvement and psychological empowerment are positively effects to the organizational citizenship and job performance at all. It’s known that by the customer satisfaction and their trust is very important for the organization and will be effect to the job performance. Advantages: First, it is universal to get implemented. All plumbers, plumber assistants, order processors, billing representatives can use this incentive method to complete their own financial and asset objectives, instead of awarding them with particular prizes which they may not be quite motivated with. Secondly, giving money is simple for the company too, especial the financial department. Because giving out other kind of tangible assets is a bit difficult or complicated to measure their market value or depreciated value. It is also easy to deduct the award’s tax clearly, comparing to the tangible assets. Thirdly, it doesn’t need any personalization, if you were an employer, you don’t have to ponder on what kind of prizes you are going to award your employees, just give them the “right” to let them decide by themselves. In a word, if DrainFlow wants to achieve its short-term goals for businesses, such as increasing productivity or reducing problematic behavior urgently, this method may help. But, there are still some disadvantages of this rewards system. First, this type of program can sometimes actually become de-motivating—unfortunately, incentive schemes don’t always work the way they were intended.
