Numerous typos undid the clarity Dr. Travel tried so hard to preserve. Inconsistencies in formatting left me feeling unsatisfied. Egregious issues with bullet points made me want to rip out my own hair. One particular moment of jarring format occurred in chapter 13 as Dr. Travel explains the dangers of high sodium levels in processed foods. A lettered bullet list is used, yet it's only a sentence that's been ruthlessly dismembered!

I was shocked that any editor missed this extreme of an error. Though issues like this certainly don't dissuade me from enjoying this book, I really hope issues like this are resolved for later editions.
Overall, I rate this book a solid 3 out of 4 stars. Discovering an enjoyable non-fiction book on health is so difficult to find, and writing one is immensely more so. Dr. Travel composed an informative, fun, and humorous book to approach health from all sides, and based on that content alone I award him 3 stars. And when the editing issues are resolved, I will gladly give him a 4-star
