We lived through a rough patch, scarcity of food and all of that because of a few executives decided to play with people´s money not caring what it could do to the rest of us. I saw Economics and finances under a whole new light, and ever since these topics have held appeal to me, still it pains me to admit that I am now not so different from my 11 year old self in terms of knowledge and understanding of national financial management, which is why I´ve opted to apply for your program. I believe I have the necessary interest to get the best out of these master´s degree and hopefully one day contribute to my country and maybe even help to prevent such scenarios from repeating.
I chose the UK because I believe it has a different idea of how things should be done, it has had a strong and stable economy amounting to have one of the strongest currencies, this hits close to home, since the Dominican peso drops everyday, these all may seem like naïve reasons but I think I can start something that may lead to a change in my country, and I believe these tools are up for grabs in
