How connections matter more than a degree
Introduction
Everyone, since they were three years old, had to attend school, school lasts from preschool to gaining a college degree. College is needed for a person to have a career and with that comes with much debt. However, does the schooling really matter when finding your dream degree? There is so much that accounts for gaining the dream job as much have to do with the connections that are formed rather than the degree. The degree from any school doesn't matter as long as you have that degree and excited in school. Much of the success that one gain from being financial success comes from the connections. The first issue is the amount of time that a person spends on perfecting their grades and the amount of money spent to do so has an impact on their performance.

Absorbing first-hand experience from others stories and information will be education to know how connections work. There are lessons to learn from the information in the studies that if people have experienced prejudices against knowing people than how can it be learned and changed. The importance of the study is that there is many people who have college degrees but are still out of work. The world is built on who you know rather than what you know and it should be explained.
Projected Contributions The medical field is built on the first-hand experience with its internships and residency positions. As well as the medical field the business field has a strong affiliation with connections. When it comes to who corporate hire they always start with people they know then they start looking at the other qualified applicants. Having any type of connection allows for a one on one experience and accounts for success in job seeking after college.
