For instance, there are crimes that can decipher whether or not someone will be tried as a juvenile or an adult but it may be a small factor that comes into play that will push a juvenile to an adult. That is a technicality that I do not necessarily agree with. People make mistakes in life and when those mistakes occur some people learn from them and I feel as though the ones that are juveniles and have a chance at having a good life should not be tried as an adult and made to spend their lives in jail. I personally feel as though some juveniles do not deserve a life in prison but maybe just a few years depending on the crime and malice of one's actions.
Another thing I do love about the criminal law system is that you can not be tried twice for any crime. I feel as though that is fair due to the fact that new evidence could be tampered with in the event that new evidence is found in someone's case.
There is nothing that I would change about the system or that laws. I find them to be perfectly fine the way they
