The House of Lords review any proposed by The House of Commons, and if amendments are suggested, as a result the House of Commons will then consider the changes, meaning the House of Lords and more superior in the English Courts System. Consequently this means for a Law to be passed without a form of Delegated Legislation, The House of Commons would have to dissect every proposed Law before it reaches The House of Lords, suggesting that Delegated legislation poses more benefits for The House of Commons than it does for the House of Lords.
