First, people from different cultural backgrounds can provide exchange of innovative ideas. It is natural for a group people whose ideas do not have big differences from the same cultural background. However, people with varying experiences and perspectives in life would be able to generate unique ideas and solutions to problems, different from others, which is beneficial to the organization or the companies. Therefore, the dynamic exchanges that take place between people having different perceptions yield creative results is the first advantage of cultural diverse. Second, cultural diverse is beneficial to create a pool of talent. The organization in diversity can create a win-win situation for both employees and the organization. For employees, they can learn from each other to be more competitive. For organization, a pool of talents helps organization progress in competitive environment to enforce employees to be more excellent. The problem is how turn those disadvantages into an asset. For language barriers, they are generally temporary in nature and actually with passing of the time, the foreigners or immigrants can eventually learn the other countries’ languages. For the resultant segregation can tolerate, like segregated neighborhoods and ethnic ghettos. Based on the phenomenon, many governments now require that prospective immigrants learn their country's official language. Therefore, educational institutions should propose classes to teach more people dominant language. However, one thing should be mention that the educational institutions should not only focus on the dominant language ignoring the people or immigrants’ mother languages no matter how many people use them, because other language, for their period of longevity (emergence, development, maturity, decay), they will recede through assimilation or integration into the dominant linguistic environment which overtakes them.
