It has made me realize the proper balance of nutrients my body needs in order to run properly. Tracking my diet also has made me notice the flaws in my diet. There are many things I have to work on in order to eat the correct amount of each food. I did get the results I wanted. I was at the correct amount of calories each day and got a lot of essential vitamins/nutrients. I do see myself doing this in the future.
