Intro
My full name is Alec Kyle McDoulett. I do not do much in life, although it’s pretty busy. My day usually consists of working out three to four times, then I eat and hang out at my house mostly. Every day I try to laugh at least 14 times, one more time than the average person does every day. I like to laugh a lot, which is what I usually do with my friends. One of the keys to happiness is laughter, in my opinion. But so is balance. So that means that sadness has to come in at some point. Family and friends have a lot to do with happiness and sadness.
Family and Friends
To me, a friend is not just an acquaintance or someone you can get along with, but a person you could rely on like a brother or a sister. Some would call them a best friend, I just call them friends because that to me, is a true friend. My friends are named Colton and Haileigh. One of them happens to be my girlfriend too. They are like my family. They are people I can trust to talk to them about whatever is on my mind at that point. They truly are my best friends. I do not play sports, I do them. My most prized sport and the one I am best at doing is Wrestling. It is not a sport for the faint of heart. It is rough and brutal. It is the oldest sport in the world and in some countries a rite of passage. Other sports that I do include, Cross Country, Track and Cheer. I never imagined that I would do Cheer in my whole life. Although, I can tumble fairly well, so I could only assume it is a good sport for me to do. Cross Country and track are really only pass times for me just to get to the next wrestling season. Other activities that I do is really only one thing and that is pull-ups. I can do very many pull-ups and I like doing them, they are an excellent workout for not only the arms and chest but for the back and core as
