On 05/27/16 at 5:18pm, I was dispatched to 5700 Maple Canyon Ave on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog, owner known. I arrived at the postal service office to speak to the victim Dennis Grappin. Mr. Grappin stated that he was delivering main to 1834 Tamarack Court South, when a minor male was holding a dog in a van at the house the dog got loose and bite Mr. Grappin in the left shin/ankle. Mr. Grappin wrote out a statement of facts in regards to the incident. I took pictures of Mr. Grappin injuries. I went to 1834 Tamarack Court South; I spoke to dog owner Thomas Pitts. Mr. Pitts admitted that his son was holding the dog, when it got loose. Mr. Grappin showed me proof of dog license and vaccinations. I issued Mr. Grappin a
