Which is a type of executive action issued by the President of the United States to manage and govern actions, practices, and policies of various departments and agencies that are found under the executive branch of the United States government. The constitutionality of his actions have been widely questioned as Obama deployed DACA despite the fact that Congress affirmatively rejected the program in a normal legislative process on several occasions.
