During the journey that heading to the hotel, Phuru Narashima tells Todd Anderson that he will not send Todd Anderson go to the hotel due to there will so lonely for Todd Anderson. So, after pursuing and insisting that staying at Aunty Ji’s guesthouse is better than hotel that told by Phuru Narashima, Todd Anderson has accept the settlement by Phuru Narashima’s insisting and go to Aunty Ji’s guesthouse to have a look. It shows that Todd Anderson has yield and accept what has requested by Phuru Narashima and he has make this settlement are satisfies Phuru Narashima’s concern. Adding on, by doing so, the decision that made by Todd Anderson will not harm both of them relationship. Furthermore, Todd Anderson has represented in accommodating in the scene of the movie. Todd Anderson has sacrifice his job opportunity to go for Shanghai, China for the promoted by Dave (Todd Anderson’s manager in America Company). It shows that Todd Anderson is a friendly helper to help his Indian worker, he appointed Phuru Narashima to replace him to go to Shanghai for accepting the job offer. The reason of doing this is because Todd Anderson knows that Phuru Narashima will not allowed to get marry if he lose the job. So, Todd Anderson was self-sacrifice his job position to Phuru Narashima for attempting to satisfy Phuru Narashim’s concerns, such as he can continue his career and he can get marry with his wife. Additionally, Todd Anderson has represent as a geocentrism in the part of cultural sensitivity. This indicated that Todd Anderson has yield to the point that given by Asha which is telling him that he should learn about India is because Todd Anderson realize that he cannot forcing his Indian workers to speak same as American slang as they are originally learn from different culture with different slang of language and also the celebration of Holly. So, Todd Anderson must unassertive and cooperative by adapting India culture when he is working at India. Compromising Todd Anderson has touch upon compromising between him and his whole gang of Indian worker. Base on the movie plot, Todd Anderson has find a solution to make Indian worker to work more experience during work in the office. So, Todd Anderson has exploited that exchange concession is a best way to push up the excitation in their work for decreasing the rate of minute per incident. This is because Todd Anderson has inquired his Indian worker what will make them work in a positive experience and he has realized that the Indian workers are requested want to wear their own custom, bring their own adornment and also inquire for the discount price on those western novelty product from the headquarters company that can boost their positive experience during their work. First, Todd Anderson has promoted Asha as an assistant manager for helping Phuru Narashima to operate the minute per incidents due to Todd Anderson will leave India if the minute per incident reach 6.0.
