Last but not least Michael Brown was unarmed shot and killed by a police officer while leaving a local corner store. None of the men in these cases was convicted of murder. All of these cases brought anger, protest, and questions to the nation. People all around showed their disappointment in the criminal justice system, and also the distrust in law enforcement. Also the reactions to peaceful protest by the police have also made communities question law enforcement promise to “protect and serve” However, it hasn't been just the police that is fighting back. The communities have been proclaiming that they will not be walked over and they will protect their own communities if the police will not do
