What is Cosmetology? Often times when the word Cosmetology is heard and spoken of, we tend to visualize numerous types of hairstyles and various colors. However, Cosmetology is the study and application of beauty treatment. While completing the project, many questions came to mind. These questions included: “What materials should one use in the workplace? Are the same materials used for all hair types? Is Cosmetology only centered around hair?”.
