If an inmate has a guard who is the dictator, a cell phone can be use to call in a hit on a correction officer because he is dislike. There are a lot of thing an inmate can study while in prison. In the article it mentions that a green and white soccer ball was found in the yard. The only color that the prison used is black and white balls. This is a very dangerous situation especially how technology has evolve. If someone took the time to study bomb making materials. They could use a cell phone to dentate the bomb. This will cause havoc and chaos in the prison. I think the Infrared body scanner combats all contraband inside of prison. This device will do a full body scan and show you a visual image of any type of contraband. Contraband that consists of: (plastics, metals, powders, wood, ceramics, liquids, capsules etc.) Most all types of contraband even cell phones are made up of these type of materials. It can even detect plastic which most sim cards are made out of. "This automated system is radiation-free, so prisoners, visitors, and personnel are safe from harmful rays."

If a fellow officers is in a situation no matter how big are small everyone is rushing to the incident. They can not do favors for one gang because this can cause trouble with the other gangs. A correction officer should be the dictator when it comes to gang activity. There are a lot of things that can improve safety at a prison facilities. To name a few more man power. Most prison you have Correction officers pulling double shifts and barely getting any sleep. If stated would offer better wages officers would not have to work the double shifts. This will also make citizens want to join the correction field. Better equipment and better budgeting. Now some state prison and jails still used the wand when searching prisoner. I read in the article that a controversial full body scanners (FBS) cost
$16,000 dollars. Now, just a couple years ago my city spent almost $100.000 dollars on new gas pumps. I think that money could have been spent on suitable equipment to enhance officer safety. Overall I think all prison should invest in the Netting Contraband. I know the jail in my city is right off the interstate, so it appears that someone could easy throw something into
