Yearly around 1.6 to 3.8 million people are diagnosed with a concussion and around 25 % of concussions don't get reported to a doctor when they are feeling the symptoms. Concussions takes place in an accident where you take a blow to your head which is unpreventable. A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that occurs when there is a blow or a jolt to the head which results into your brain smacking your skull. The physical effects that it has on your body is just like the symptoms you get while having one like that it gives your headaches, nausea,blurred vision,etc. The emotional effects that it has on your body is that in some cases it can make your feel more depressed, it can cause you that act a different way than you usually act for example you could have mood swings one moment you're happy and then a small thing can happen and you can instantly get mad or sad, another emotional effects that it has on you is that it can make you lose interest in some things like before a concussion you could of loved reading books and then after you've gotten the concussion you might of lost interest of reading books.
