Many people return to play too soon after receiving their concussion, while most the time in high school sports only the physical aspect of the concussion is tested, not the mental part I Have had a concussion myself, I can personally say that the High school concussion protocol is very flawed, all I had to do to receive clearance to continue in football was preform some exercises and tell the trainer that I didn’t get a headache.
