I feel that nutrition helps contribute to the energy I require to be physically fit and conduct my daily task. I notice that if I remain unable to get the proper amount of nutrition I become very frustrated, aggravated, and can’t stay focused. I literally have to consume food every couple of hours, if I am incapable I become very grouchy as well as very ill-tempered. That 's why I prep meals or snacks when going out of the range, will not be able to or somewhere that I know I will be doing a lot of physical labor (i.e. nuts, fruit some type of bread product) and have plenty of water because I know how my body reacts to not eating within a certain amount of time. Even though I know that isn’t good for my body, I am I still able to function through the day. When I don’t do my usual physical activities, my body feel weird, then I get a lot of the similar symptoms that I get when I am unable to eat. If I am unable to conduct my pre workout before PT, company PT just seems to suck and it tasks me until almost the end of PT to get motivated. When I am unable doing my pre workout or PT at all, I don’t have an appetite, or when I do have an appetite I craves a bunch of junk.
