It is the framework used by leaders as a guide to redesign their organization. This learning involves leadership supporting and creating an environment where staff can meet the challenges and changes of tomorrow’s healthcare. To reduce cost, improve care, and access to care, the transformational model involves organizations improving on services and patient satisfaction. To accomplish this it requires new ways of providing services.
Organization learning focuses on improvements as a necessity and essential to overall care. To do this it would require educating the staff and change how care is provided while enhancing their skill set (Sollecito & Johnson, 2013).This will allow organizations to better manage cost, provide quality services, improve patient outcomes, education, and decision-making by patients
