Colombia is located in the continent of South America. The countries that border Colombia are Venezuela, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, and Brazil. The capital of Colombia is Bogota, which is a city found in Bogota D.C., Colombia. The Republic of Colombia is the 27th largest country in the world. Overall, Colombia ranks fourth in Latin America. The estimated population of the Colombia is 45,239,079. Spanish is the official language of Colombia. It is spoken with an accent that varies considerably according to region.
Colombia is known for its cultural events. One example of an event is Manizales which is a week-long festival inspired by the Spanish and European through having bull-runs during the week. They also host a beauty pageant in which the ‘International Queen of Coffee’ is crowned because the coffee industry dominates in Colombia. Another example of an event is the Barranquilla Carnival which features various days of parades, music, drinking and dancing in a city already famous in Colombia for its active party scene.
When in Colombia the main thing that peaks peoples interest are some of the popular foods you can eat. Some of the most common dishes are Empanadas, Ajiaco, Arepa, Sancocho, Puchero and Ants. So ants it isn’t a

To me I feel like Colombia would be a fun place to visit but you must be prepared for the dangers that lie there. There are also ongoing conflicts between government army units and guerrilla armies. Both guerrilla armies and drug traffickers often resort to kidnapping in order to obtain ransom money. For me personally I would not like to live there do to the dangers. The things I like the most about my country are the fantastic wildlife features my country
