It is a cooperative company by four manufactures that is mean they shared the advantages and the cost of a logistics alliance and e-business marketing.
Rockwell Automation, INA Holding Schaeffer KG, The Timken Company and the SKF Group Make up the four founders of CoLinx
All the four founding using a Board Vision powered site to shear there platform for distribute their products. Which stablished since April 2000 as an automation e-business Web site.
Three of the four founding have their roots in the industrial revolution over 100 years old.

It is founded in 2000, after a study of e-commerce option, they formed four competing manufactures and they agreed to create Profit Corporation to handle the logistic and electronic commerce to gain efficiencies of scale. They help to improve service level by handling everything from system to system with distributions, web site, warehousing, shipping, and import – export operations through trade zone.
