Generally rate distribution of samples by Chlamydia trachomatis in two groups of infertile and control women revealed that in infertile women, %21 were positive for Chlamydia trachomatis but in the control group, only one women (%3) had positive to Chlamydia trachomatis and this difference was statistically significant (p 0.024), (data not shown).
