Going back to question 4, I think that the most important quality of leadership is integrity. Leaders come in many different shapes and sizes, there are silent leaders, vocal leaders, and many other types as well. But no matter what kind of leader someone is, they all have to have a high integrity. High integrity is important for leaders because out of integrity becomes truthfulness and honesty. Without these, how will the leader be able to establish any credibility? But looking short-term, leaders can get away with having low integrity, as their followers won’t necessarily have the time to see their integrity being tested. But, long term leaders’ will be tested numerous times and each one of these tests will show their true integrity. I feel I possess this quality exceedingly well because of how I grew up and how I hold myself to higher standards when faced with difficult situations. whether it is looking at the aggie honor code “an aggie doesn’t lie, cheat, or steal or tolerate those who do. So, to be a respectable leader on the A&M campus integrity has got to be the most important
