According to Merriam Webster the definition of health is the condition of being well or free from disease and the overall condition of someone’s body or mind. Nowadays, Malaysian suffer health issues either physically or mentally especially for the adults due to the unhealthy lifestyle.
Only with the healthy lifestyle will drive us toward better future health and well-being. Therefore, this is important for us to aware the challenges of managing the healthy lifestyle and to overcome these challenges.

We intend to eating late or taking supper and also due to the excuse of convenient, we love to eat fast food and dining outside. The excessive calories intake, or the calories are not utilised through physical activity will cause obesity issue. (The Malay Mail On-line, 2016)
2.2 Lack of motivation to exercise
We all know that we need to exercise to stay healthy, but we don’t. Often times, people are laying on the sofa and sitting to watch television or playing computer after a busy day. We do not have a clear objective or goals to enable us to start move and even if we have started to exercise but eventually it we will give up if we fail in fitness because they never enter a self-sustaining positive feedback loops as quoted by Richard Talens, co-founder of Fitoracy.
2.3 Poor time management
Due to today modern lifestyle, most of us practise a busy lifestyle. We also rush to meet the dateline of our project, assignment and task and tons of the emails, whatapps and etc. that need to be reply. According to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, there are eight healthy eating habits we can practice. Such as, eat more vegetables and fruits and make it half of the plate as our meal, choose the right lean protein foods, drink more water, eat some seafood, reduce food that contain solid fats, choose the low sodium in foods as indicate in the nutrition facts label, change to low-fat milk and switch to a whole-grain foods such as “whole wheat” and “oatmeal”.
3.2 Improve motivation
To motivate yourself to start exercise, you need to choose a positive role model as your goal to shrink down the size or weight. Try to think positive that you can be look fit and good if you exercise continually. And do not be to unrealistic to set a goal that difficult to achieve, we will give up if after some time we can achieve the goal. If possible, reward yourself when you do reach small weight loss or exercise goals.
