In the article, - “Considering the Differential Impact of Three Facets of Organizational Health Climate on Employees’ Well Being,” by Zandra M. Zweber, it is also reiterated that the workforce should really care about the product they produce and not only focus on getting the task done. In doing this, organizations cannot solely relay on top down efforts to cultivate change and a healthy environment. That proposes everyone should be responsible for organizational health. The BTO is already on trend based on what Musk is hoping to encourage with Open Source Technology. Open Source Technology can be likened to the initiatives of Employee Involvement, Knowledge Sharing, Creativity & Innovation, and Transparency in to Team Performance. These are key components to moving innovation forward and encouraging growth and expansion within companies and the bureau alike. It is shown that there is a significant correlation between knowledge management and organizational health based on the findings of the Study The Relationships between Knowledge management and Organizational Health in Kerman Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, research conducted by Shahrzah Sanjari. His findings showed that healthy organizations use both internal and external knowledge resources for knowledge creation, acquisition, organizing and sharing.
