Cellular communication devices are used around the world with about 1.5 billion cell phones. They are necessary to use them everywhere such as business, hospital and education.
There are several advantages of using cell phone. First of all, it is easy communication. Recently, people can reach such as call or text their family or friend in any place they are and any time. Also, it became multiple uses. Cell phone can be utilized for different jobs. People can enjoy play games, store note and browse. Moreover, it helps in emergency situations. When people have mishap, they can consult someone who will help them.
On the other hand, using cell phones have many disadvantages in social life. First of all, it is leak of Privacy. When people

Moreover, they demonstrated that that the cognitive impairments associated with using communication devices while driving can be similar to those related to drunken driving (Strayer et al, 2006). In addition, cell phone can affect students` attention and concentration in classroom. students are distracted from the lessons to text or play games. When the students use cell phone in classroom can be distracted both faculty and students. A study by the National Education Association demonstrated that the professors in university or college should ban cell phone use in their classrooms as they have concerns about them hindering classroom learning (Meierdiercks, 2005).
Distraction is something that occurs to all of people in modern community. It could be enjoyable such as browse the internet while waiting flight. However, it could lead to bad situations such as texting someone while driving. It can also be internal such as Physical Needs or external such as phone and computer. For example, students usually think that the they study better when music is playing in the background.
