Introduction
This paper is an individual report, it includes a background of airline industry and why is quality important in this industry. It also includes a background of a chosen organization which is Etihad and their quality mission. The paper will also clarify the objective of the study and the methods used for collecting data and it also shows key quality process. Last but not least the paper will include a conclusion and a summary of the case study and a recommendation for the workflow to improve it in some areas.

The primary was an interview with a pilot that works in Etihad, he provided the needed information about the quality tool used by Etihad which is the chick list and how is it used and where, he also shared with us information about preflight process, and helped us map it and showed us the right steps of the process. He also gave his opinion about the weak points of the process that needed to change or improve to make the process better and help reduce the possibility of losing information in the process. Secondary research was used to collect data about different areas for the research; the secondary research included websites, articles, journals and other sources, to collect information
