1. Schedule – CPS continues to update the Garage schedule weekly (Attachment A), which is included in the Facilities Weekly Report.
2. Project Status –
a. NEON Monthly Review – next meeting will be Aug 6th.
b. Sheet rock wall surfaces were installed this week inside the mechanical room. Fire caulking, mud/tape and paint were all completed as the room is being prepared for the arrival of the mechanical installers.
c. Electrical conduit installation continued throughout the building. By the end of the week, nearly all rough-in work was completed for power and lighting. The fire alarm and telecommunications systems are next. Both power panels and the lighting panel are mounted to the west wall of

6/4 & 6/11/15 - CPS provided the SOB assessment to NSF, which was reviewed during the March 12th meeting. BBFM looking at options for the barge concept for performance spec. This concept would use truss joists with heavy plywood on the sides and a plastic base, filled with foam. It would be made in sections, approximately 8’ wide (capable of being flown). BBFM is also looking into potentially using wood. Pat would like to reuse the mezzanine in the SOB. CPS has included that in their schedule. Pat would like to compare this to other options that have been developed from a cost perspective. Won’t make this year’s vessel, but Pat is hopeful that we will be able to get funding to start procurements. NSF will be providing a performance spec. 4. Date for Review of ARSLS Program Estimating Procedure. No driver right now, but NSF does want to complete.
5. Discuss Alternatives to Infinite Leg Concept. Jay talked with Dennis Berry at BBFM and he thought this concept could work. ASIAA has an alternative to the TAWO design they are working on.
6. Agree on Final Fuel Price to use at Summit for Out Year Planning – Need to set up a meeting in the near future to look at using the various rates that have been developed (i.e. incremental rate, CPS rate, and CRREL rate). CPS provided these documents to the group on July 8th.
7. USAP Tractors – USAP is getting rid of a couple of their tractors. This could be a potential option for additional tractors or parts. Maggie is working on the getting Pat details on the off load sleds. They don’t have extra sleds to give RSL, but we received their design, if we want to build them. They don’t have any tractors available, because they decided to keep them, but are now having major problems with them. We may be able to get them for parts. Pat will send info once he receives
