Certainly, Community Prevention Partnership of Berks is a well-established organization. It runs under the 501© (3) status. The organization complies with the IRS laws and regulations. In the same way, it has survived to financial crisis. At the same time, it continued providing services to the public. Definitively, nonprofits’ staff work hard to keep organizations functioning. They face political, economic and social issues to keep their doors opened. Just to inform you that the Community Prevention Partnership of Berks organization was assessed by using a variety of documents such as functional revenue, functional expenses, articles of incorporation, minutes of recent board meetings, the personnel handbook, and program materials. I have identified that the agency is reinforcing work-accident reports. When an employee has an incident, he/she must report it, as soon as possible, even if it is minor issue.
