If the resources are not available we may need to review the resource plan to determine the appropriate course of action and impact to the plan, timeline, and budget.
• All Project Pre-requisites as defined in the Project Initiation Phase of the proposal are completed prior to commencing with the project.
• For planning purposes, Carousel Industries commences Project Initiation 3 weeks after receipt of SVMH’s Purchase Order.
• All communication and power facilities (e.g. LAN cabling, power receptacles) that are necessary for this engagement are either currently available or will be provided by the client within the agreed upon schedule for this engagement.
• All required hardware, firmware, and software that are necessary for this engagement are either currently available or will be provided by client within the agreed upon schedule for this engagement.
• Performance issues or application failure due to faulty hardware or improperly configured or faulty software caused by Client is outside the scope of the application services agreement and will be the responsibility of Client to remedy. Carousel Industries will make reasonable efforts to work with Client to troubleshoot and rectify
