Candidate Bonner addressed all the required portions of the five paragraph order. It was clear and concise and he repeated his mission statement twice. He did not address security nor did he implement security. While executing the mission, SNC made adjustements to his plan rather quickly. SNC made his first adjustment to the plan at four minutes thirty seconds into the execution. Two fire team members got up on the wall relatively early, which put them in good position to accomplish the mission. Then Candidate Bonner got fixated on getting four team members up on the first wall. This was unnecessary and they lost track of the mission.
