Maybe the most important factor of a country are the people that live in it. Brazil has a total populatuion of "201 million" and growing (Brazilian NP). The entgnicity of the people in Brazil spans all across the world. The country glows and gushes with an abundance of plants, birds, reptilians, fish, amphibians, and even ranks first in the world in the amount of mammal species it has. "It has been calculated that of seven hundred and fifty mammal species living in South America, three hundred and forty are indigenous to Brazil" (Shields 15). Another spot Brazil ranks highest is in the amount of "freshwater-fish and birds species it is home to, with fifteen hundred different species of each animal". Brazil's plants and water ways are also very important to its flourish. The country has a large variety of plant species and is full of flowing rivers like the Amazon, Brazil's largest river that flows 3,990 miles across the country. The Amazon also has plenty of lush rain forests for all the animal species to thrive in. This wonderful environment that Brazil has been blessed with is one of the many reasons the country is so
