Boy Scouts Expectations

When I set my mind to accomplishing a goal, I will be proactive and put in my maximum amount effort to complete the task the best I can. An example of an outsider school curriculum that shows initiative is being a Boy Scout. I am a First Class rank and working on becoming a Star Scout and an Eagle Scout. Due to Scouts, I can now start a fire in the middle of the woods in the dark. Every Tuesday night from 7.30-9pm, we learn various skills such as first aid which could help others if they are ever in a dangerous physical situation, and cooking. I have learned a special trait that defines me as a person and that is that I can get out of my comfort zone and trying new experiences I would not otherwise through Boy Scouts. One of my favorite parts of Scouts is going on trips, and in order for this to occur our troop requires equipment. Every scout has to to sell holiday wreaths if they want to take part in camping trips. By knowing what I have to do am being organized I can finish my work in a timely manner. When I have a project, I split a set amount of work for each day, and this reduces the amount of stress. When an assignment is due, I know I did not rush and could complete it with the best quality I can. I also plan my schedule based on what I have to do on a day, for instance, if it's a Tuesday I will plan on doing less work that night since I have scouts. I will always have the homework or projected completed since I have allowed sufficient time to complete it. I prefer getting the assignment finished as soon as possible to avoid me having to do it last minute and procrastinate. When I study for a test or quiz, I will achieve higher grades opposed to waiting for the last night and not being prepared. To accomplish the best results one has to put in work ahead of
