She received 2 vials of scorpion antivenin and hydrocortisone in hospital. Because of the sever envenomation, she was transferred to the central hospital in Bandar Abbas district. Primary symptom was include, vomiting, lethargy, abdominal pain, headache, fever and hematuria. Vital signs were, fever (39.6°), BP (100/60), PR (110), RR(30).
