The staff would be evaluating if all criteria is met by the employees. Each employee will receive a grade on how well they did, as well as provide suggestions what can be done to improve. The mock interview must be done at least three times to ensure that all staff have improved. The first interview is used to test the knowledge. In the second interview, the staff would be evaluated how much they have improved. Finally, during the third interview, the staff must perform all duties correctly and efficiently. If the staff have failed during the third interview, then more mock interviews are required, and if the staff had done a great job after the second time, then no further mock interviews are required. All cultures must be treated equally without discrimination and neglect. This can be done using a compiled checklist with the education that must be provided to all patients.
