Beyonce's Lemonade Poem Analysis

a woman we go through many emotions in our lifetime. One of the scariest things to be is a woman in love. When you are a woman in love you sometime don’t know when to walk away or to keep fighting for your relationship, or your marriage. Beyonce’s Lemonade album shows what we as women tend to go through in a relationship. I can relate to this album on a personal level because everyone song I have been through the same thing or something similar in my past relationships. The songs are in order from hurt, anger, forgiveness, and moving forward.
When in a relationship where you continue to get cheated on you will do anything to your lovers attention. The first song “pray you catch” is about Beyonce wanting Jay-Z to catch her snooping through his things. She does this so he can catch her so he can see she cares and maybe he will stop. I was with a man who was cheating on me and I just wanted him to be honest with me. The guy was dishonest with me and I could smell the other woman all over him. This song is talking about Beyonce having redemption for Jay-Z, saving him, and there marriage. One thing that I took away from this song is that nothing real can be threatened. I know that the guy that I am with right now is not perfect, he is young and he will make mistakes. We can either grow through them together or I can outgrow him. I choose to grow with my man because what we have is real and I know anything real cannot be threatened. With us having true love it brought salvation back into me and my relationship. Many women tend to feel as though it is not okay to fight for your relationship. I feel as though if it is real continue to fight through and fight for your relationship because God will always see you through hard
