Leadership is a quality that is prevalent in almost all literature. It is shown in main characters with a rule to play and a goal to achieve. There is a lot that a reader can learn from the leadership shown in literature. Many of these leadership lessons are present in the story of Beowulf. Beowulf is a Charismatic leader, this is a leader that “focuses on leader behaviors” (Loughman).
