1. Background
Beo Lurnett is one of the top advertising agencies in Malaysia. As an award winning agency, Beo Lurnett is known for its fast-paced working environment and long working hours to meet the clients’ demands with the best-quality of work. Due to the stressful working environment and the long working hours, Beo Lurnett has been dealing with a high turnover rate since a long time ago. On top of that, the use of the company’s resources such as electricity generally increases when the employees work overtime.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Mr. Beo Wong, has taken the initiative to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and to take part in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity to reduce our carbon footprints

Therefore, in the new policy, all employees can clock in any time according to their preference but only for a minimum of 8 hours and maximum of 12 hours between 9am to 9pm. This is to maintain the existing flexibility in the working hours and to ensure all employees does not overwork while reducing the company’s overall electricity consumption.
2. Goals
The purpose of the communication plan is to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the new policy and are able to accept the change and adapt to it accordingly. Therefore, the goals of the communication plan are:
