How Is Belly Mapping Done?
Here comes the big question- how to go about doing belly mapping? Loosen up, belly mapping isn’t as technical as it sounds. All you would need for it is a marker and a doll. Follow the step-by-step process-
• Using the marker, find the centre point of your bump and split it into four equivalent quadrants. Now, try to locate the head of the baby by touching your bump; the spot on your stomach that feels like a little globe will probably bethe head. Remember to not confuse it with the hips as they also feel like a bulge. However, take note that hips will be closer to where you can feel the kicks.
