Section One: Behavior Change Plan Assignment

Part One: The key behavior that I wish to change to improve my health is to eat more healthy. This doesn't just include cutting out junk food or eating more vegetables, for me this also includes actually remembering to eat. I have a bad habit of forgetting to eat when I am really busy with schoolwork or stressing out over mundane problems. The reason I am choosing to highlight this behavior is because since this quarter I am taking more classes than I normally do which means I get so busy with homework that sometimes I don’t eat anything more than some toast in the morning or a few oranges during a study break.
