Beeswax Vs Paraffin Wax

Improved Essays
Things you will need:
2-4 pounds Beeswax or Paraffin Wax
Candle Wicks
Oils (your choice for scent and magickal goals)
Herbs (your choice for scent and magickal goals)
Crayons or Candle Dye (for color)
Wooden Spoon
Wax Paper
Double Broiler
Start by melting the wax in a double broiler. You can use a large pot half-full of water and a large coffee can with the wax in it, placed inside the pot, if you don't have one. Heat the water to boiling first and cut up your wax so it will melt quickly.
As soon as the water is boiling, turn the heat down and place the tin of wax inside of it. Keep the water hot enough to keep the wax melted however not so hot that the paraffin begins to burn or catch fire.
While the wax to melting, stir with a wooden spoon
