Project scope and project management plan
Defining the project scope is very vital in identifying the project authenticity. If the project scope is not fully defined, there will be various challenges in the project, especially during the project initial stages.

There is the need for the staff to have relevant experience. This will help them understand the kind of procedures to adopt during the project development. Creativity will be an important factor, since; the main purpose of the project is to come up with larger motorcycles.
Creativity will assist greatly in identifying the kind of designs that are unique and can easily be put in practice. Creativity in the department can be encouraged by establishing a platform where every employee can showcase his ideas.
