According to Webster’s Dictionary (1989), a profession is “a paid occupation, especially one that involves prolonged training and a formal qualification.” That can mean different things to different people, in the military this definition of the word if very form-fitting. A great example of how important the military implements’ professionalism in everything that we do. Understanding the importance of the existence of an HR NCO and knowing how important the role that we have in the force is, plays an intricate role. The Soldiers Creed instills the core values of every Soldier in the force. “I am disciplined and mentally tough trained in my warrior tasks and drills (Task Force Warrior Ethos Team, 2003)”. According to General Martin E. Dempsey (2012), “by providing the leadership that our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen deserve they will execute beyond imagination. Leaders offer and incalculable competitive advantage against our
