Loyalty I will be loyal to my Soldiers, I will entrust them to know I will be there when they need me day or night. As an NCO our job is to complete the mission, however I cannot complete my mission without my Soldiers. I believe if you want your Soldiers to be there for you, you must be there for them. Also, in my experience once my Soldiers are seeing that I’m loyal they are loyal back to me. When your Solider are loyal to you they Respect you, do their duty, and have integrity, personal courage and Selfless Service.
Honor I believe is a big deal because if you show honor and pride in your job your troops will likely do the same. When Soldiers believe they are doing something Honorable they effort and motivation greatly rises. I talked to him and we would go to see the counselor together because he did not feel comfortable. I had told him I was honored to be his NCO and will always be there. One day after work my Soldier call me and told me he had done something bad. I went to his house and he was outside said he lost this temper and broke his TV. He did not try to lie or hide anything from me because he knew I was loyal to him and would help him through any issues he test now he was so hurt and felt like he could do nothing right.
